Lindsay Uittenbogaard – Founder
Lindsay has 25 years of commercial experience. She spent the first 10 years of her career in small business management positions before moving across to lead communication roles in multinational organizations in 2001. Since then, she has gained international experience across the energy, IT and telecommunications sectors, working with companies such as Shell, Unilever, T-Systems, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Wind, Mobilink, Beeline, Banglalink, and VimpelCom.
She brings a practical and creative approach to her work that centres around the co-creation of plans, team alignment, and implementation.
Lindsay’s curiosity around current thinking in communications and the social sciences, combined with her own experiences and observations led her to develop the Mirror Mirror process for improved engagement, teamwork and results.
Lindsay received Accredited Business Communicator status with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in 2012. She is also a certified member of the Reputation Institute; and a published author and contributor to the Gower Handbook of Internal Communications, second edition. She holds a Creative Arts degree (Northumbria University), and post-graduate diplomas in International Business Management (Kingston University), and Broadcast Journalism (Sunderland University).
